The fine print, kept simple

A few guidelines that help us give every guest our full attention and stay on time.

Cancellation

We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. A credit card is required to book, and we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any appointment not changed with 24 hours notice.

Running late

Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late will receive services at our discretion. To stay on time for the next guest, we may modify or cancel the appointment, in which case the cancellation policy applies.

Refunds

All service sales are final and payment is due at the time of your appointment. If you are not fully satisfied, please reach out within two weeks of your service and we will make it right.

Product exchanges

We are happy to exchange any product purchased in the salon within 30 days of purchase.
